      Hello, fellow romance readers! I first came to romance novels twenty years ago because of my fear of flying. Yes, you heard that correctly, I read my first romance novels twenty years ago because I was afraid to fly. I was taking a trip and felt the need for a distraction. The local bookstore called to me and as I was leafing through the offerings, I picked up a romance novel by the great Nora Roberts, I was hooked. My interest in writing was sparked several years ago when story ideas started popping into my head. I would see something and think, boy would that make a great story.
     Fortunately, I put pen to paper and with a major amount of encouragement from my friend, Joanne, I sat down and wrote my first novel. That started me on my world to writing romance novels.
     I particularly enjoy the world of Regency Romance, although I am writing in other time periods. I am currently working on the Necklace Series and hope to complete it soon!
